Wedding Band

Funkty Dumpty are the perfect Live Wedding Band, having played numerous weddings all across the UK including local counties Bristol, Somerset, Devon, Dorset, Cornwall, Wiltshire, Hampshire, Gloucestershire & Monmouthshire as well as many other countries across the globe!

Male vocalist

We have recently been performing with new singer Ollie and now offer male vocals to enhance our standard line-up. Please keep checking back for soon to be recorded sounds & videos!

Brass

Our standard line-up is the 6 piece band, which includes x2 female vocals, drums, bass, guitar and keyboards.

For larger events, or if you're really looking for that genuine funk/soul sound, then we highly recommend adding our 3 piece brass section to the 6 piece line-up.

7, 8 piece line-ups are also available, including x1 and x2 brass players respectively.

Daytime Musicians

We offer a range of different daytime music options, from a solo instrumentalist, to a cocktail duet of vocals and piano, to a full band playing chilled-out jazz and soul classics. These options are perfect during champagne and canapés, or even for when you're walking down the aisle!

DJ

Funkty Dumpty can provide a full DJ package including extra dance floor lights and at present over 85 days of music! For a much smaller fee than it would normally cost for a separate DJ we can provide the entire night's entertainment. Playing before, in-between and after the band, the DJ set is manned and co-ordinated by the band so it is in tune with their setlist assuring the music for your event is fully in sync. Please note, although happy to make any necessary announcements, we try and let the tunes do the talking, not the DJ!

We encourage our clients to suggest material that they would like to hear on the night whether it be genre, artist or specific songs so that we can get a feel for what atmosphere you would like for the evening.

Lighting

Stage lighting for the band comes as standard, however we can provide lighting for the whole dance floor area for a small additional fee. Please note that this is included within the DJ package.
